These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CREATURE ROULETTE's website, located at creatureroulette.com, and shall be interpreted in accordance with French law.

Do not reveal the Password of your Account to outside parties. CREATURE ROULETTE is not responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account. CREATURE ROULETTE will never ask you to reveal your Password and will never take the initiative of contacting you to ask you for the memory joggers associated with your Password. CREATURE ROULETTE reserves the right to suspend your access to the Services and change (or require you to change) your Password at any time. Any use of your Account with your Password, and in particular any purchase of Services, is deemed to be carried out by you.

If any contact details change, you agree to notify CREATURE ROULETTE in writing within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of such change.

Age Restrictions

CREATURE ROULETTE allows users to insert customized content and exchange messages on the website. CREATURE ROULETTE works to control this information as there are filters set up to eliminate inappropriate content inserted by users, but does not make any warranty that inappropriate content won't appear online for a period of time.

It is the responsibility of the parents or adults in charge to guide and monitor young users when they are on the Internet. Supervising a Minor:

License

CREATURE ROULETTE owns intellectual property rights of all content provided by the website besides the "creatures" themselves. A "creature" is an artwork done by an artist, who is always given credit when their work is shown. They can request CREATURE ROULETTE to modify or delete their work at any time, for any reason, as agreed in legal exchange.

If you are an artist and have your work displayed on the website, you hereby also granted CREATURE ROULETTE the following rights: a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicenses) to use, copy, modify, adapt, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit, distribute (through CREATURE ROULETTE's website or any other medium) and delete them from the website at any time, for any reason. Some common-sense limitations do apply, as CREATURE ROULETTE will not sell your work, for example. The main goal for CREATURE ROULETTE is to grow its own website, while giving credit on every artwork displayed so that artists can benefit from new prospects. If you are not confortable with any of this conditions, please request you work's removal from the website.

As an User, You are not allowed to use creatures you do not own or any content from the website for any purpose or in any mannerwhatsoever that is not directly authorised by CREATURE ROULETTE.

User Behavior Agreement

The User must only use the services of the website for the purposes envisaged by CREATURE ROULETTE.

Termination

CREATURE ROULETTE reserves the right to delete all informations generated by a user including the user account.. It also reserves the right to take legal action in the event of an attack on the integrity of its system.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or CREATURE ROULETTE. Upon termination, all achievements and/or virtual goods that you have acquired may, in CREATURE ROULETTE's sole discretion, be terminated and forfeited. You have no property rights in any achievements and/or virtual goods provided by CREATURE ROULETTE. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.

CREATURE ROULETTE may suspend or close your Account and/or your ability to use one or more Services or part of the Services, at any time, automatically and without any judicial formality for the following reasons:

you claim to be any other person or entity or present your identity inaccurately;
you do not comply with these Terms or any special condition relating to a particular Service or Services;
you are in breach of your legal or contractual obligations;
you infringe a third party’s copyrights;
you behave unsuitably or reprehensibly on the Services, including, without limitation, on the Forums;
your Account has been inactive for more than two years and you do not have access to paid functions; and
or for any other reason.

User Damaging

CREATURE ROULETTE doesn't ensure that the information on this website is correct, it does not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do CREATURE ROULETTE promises to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

CREATURE ROULETTE doesn't make any warranty that it's free from infection from viruses and does not make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the website.

CREATURE ROULETTE may in no case be held liable for payment to you of any sum or any damages as a result of you being unable to use all or part of the services. If You do not have the intellectual property rights of this content, You agree that CREATURE ROULETTE has the absolute right to reduce, manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and that CREATURE ROULETTE will have no liability to you based on its exercise of such rights. All Virtual Goods may, in CREATURE ROULETTE's sole discretion, be terminated and forfeited, and may have an expiration date.

CREATURE ROULETTE prohibits and does not recognize any purported transfers of Virtual Goods effectuated outside the Services, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the Services. Accordingly, you may not trade, sell or give access to Virtual Goods for "real" money, or exchange Virtual Goods or access to them for value of any kind. Any such transfer or attempt is prohibited and void, and will subject your account to termination. CREATURE ROULETTE may halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any Virtual Goods transaction (whether proposed, pending or past) in cases of actual or suspected fraud, violations of these Terms or other laws or regulations, or deliberate disruptions to or interference with the Services, such as creating multiple secondary accounts strictly to accumulate Virtual Goods by using Service features and then funneling it to a singular account.

In the Services you may purchase Virtual Goods with "real" money, for example, through CREATURE ROULETTE or third party services, including but not limited to, payment processors hired by CREATURE ROULETTE, a third party online marketplace, your wireless carrier, your credit card company, etc. You can order Virtual Goods by visiting the shop page in the Services, providing your billing information, and confirming the details of your purchase.

Health of users

CREATURE ROULETTE advises you to take the following precautions in all cases when using the website. Avoid spend much time if you are tired and/or short of sleep. Make sure that you are in a well lit room and moderate the brightness of your screen. When you create or play a game, stay at a good distance from the screen. While using CREATURE ROULETTE, take breaks of ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes every hour.
